To Franklin Campus from Richmond:
Take I- 95 South

Go approximately 32 miles and take Courtland Exit 41 (301, 35, 156 South)

Stay on 35 until you get into Courtland (32 miles)

Keep straight through Courtland (over RR tracks and onto 58 Business East)

When the road becomes four-lane,
GET IN LEFT LANE

At Stop Sign, turn left on 58 East (about 3 miles)

Follow 58 East Bypass to Franklin (approximately 5 miles)

Take Exit 671 (Armory Drive/Downtown Franklin)

At the end of the exit ramp, take a left onto Armory Drive

Get in inside lane and take a left onto College Drive at the fourth traffic light (1 mile)

Get in the right lane. Take the first right into PDCCC the Franklin Campus
or the second right into the Regional Workforce Development Center.

To Suffolk Campus from Richmond:
Take 95 South to 460 East

Stay on 460 until you to get to Suffolk

Turn right onto Rt. 58 West toward Emporia (Holiday Inn will be on the left)

Take a right at the 4th stoplight (Kenyon Road)

The College will be on the right (about 1/2 mile)

 To Smithfield from Richmond:
Take 95 South to 460 East

Stay on 460 until to come to Windsor

Take a left onto Rt. 258 at the Dairy Queen (Courthouse Rd.)

Stay on 258 until you come to the stop light at Rt. 10 in Smithfield

Go straight at the light

Take a left at the first road past Little's Grocery (Grace St.)

Take the next left onto James St.

PDCCC Center is on the left next to the Library.

To Franklin Campus from Norfolk:

From I-64/I-264, take 58 West

Follow 58 West Bypass through Suffolk to Franklin

Take Exit 671 (Armory Drive/Downtown Franklin)

At the end of the exit ramp, take a right onto Armory Drive

Get in inside lane and take a left onto College Drive at the fourth traffic light (1 mile)

Get in the right lane. Take the first right into PDCCC the Franklin Campus
or take the second right into the Regional Workforce Development Center.

 

To Suffolk Campus from Norfolk:

From I-64/I-264, take 58 West

Follow 58 West Bypass through Suffolk

Take a right at the 4th stoplight (Kenyon Road)

The College will be on the right (about 1/2 mile)

 To Smithfield from Norfolk:

From I-64/I-264, take the Smithfield exit (Rt.10 West)

Stay on Rt.10 until you come to the light at Rt. 258 in Smithfield

Take a right onto 258 at the light
(Main Street)

Take a left at the first road past Little's Grocery (Grace St.)

Take the next left onto James St.

PDCCC Center is on the left next to the Library.
To Franklin Campus from Hampton/Chesapeake:
Take I-664 or I-64 (whichever is closer) to 58 West exit to Suffolk

Follow 58 West Bypass through Suffolk to Franklin

Take Exit 671 (Armory Drive/Downtown Franklin)

At the end of the exit ramp, take a right onto Armory Drive

Get in inside lane and take a left onto College Drive at the fourth traffic light (1 mile).

Get in the right lane. Take the first right into PDCCC the Franklin Campus or take the second right into the Regional Workforce Development Center.

To Suffolk Campus from Hampton/Chesapeake:
Take I-664 or I-64
or take Rt. 10 across James River Bridge to 58 West exit in Suffolk

Follow 58 Bypass through Suffolk

Take a right at the 4th stoplight (Kenyon Road)

The College will be on the right (about 1/2 mile)

 To Smithfield from Hampton:
After crossing the James River Bridge turn right at the second light (Rt.189- Brewer's Neck Blvd.)

Take a right onto Rt. 10 at the T-intersection (Benn's Church Blvd)

Stay on Rt. 10 until you come to Rt. 258 (Main St.)

Take a right onto 258 at the light

Take a left at the first road past Little's Grocery (Grace St.)

Take the next left onto James St.

PDCCC Center is on the left next to the Library.
