Hospitality Academy Seminar

The demand for hospitality servers who are versed in the basics of customer service, sanitation, safety, and service sales is constantly increasing in Downtown Suffolk. PDCCC’S Hospitality Academy Seminar emphasizes in-depth training in technique, professionalism, and presentation. Participants will develop the skills needed for restaurant server sales positions. Participants who complete all three four-hour sessions will receive a restaurant hospitality certificate that is recognized by participating restaurants in their employment interviews.
