Prepare for a career in Real Estate

The Principles of Real Estate course prepares participants to sit for the Virginia Real Estate Examination. It also fulfills the requirement by the Commonwealth of Virginia for individuals to successfully complete 60 hours of approved pre-license education before taking the exam. The class is taught by Douglass Lindsay, a licensed broker with over 25 years of experience. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive Virginia Real Estate Exam registration materials.
